Let Go and Move Forward

Lower legs walking forward

On May 23, 2025 I began my spiritual journey. Most of 2025 was focused on building and trusting my intuition. Theme after theme came like clockwork throughout the last year. The main overall theme was working with the divine feminine. The light feminine and the dark feminine. Then like clockwork on May 23rd this year the cycle completed and the theme had changed. As I spoke about in my duality post, the theme of masculine and duality started to come through. Earlier this summer I was shuffling my shamanic healing deck and masculine came forward then when I asked for clarity duality jumped from the deck. This has been my personal ongoing theme since.

We often mistake the concept of masculine and feminine. The truth is we ALL have BOTH. The deeper you dive the more you start to understand the two. You aren’t just one or the other. You are both. In my personal spiritual practice I have learned and shared about tending to the feminine first, not because I’m a woman and I’m personally biased…but because one needs to build up and learn to trust in their inner voice. Trust your intuition first before you can tune into the masculine and take the aligned action. Neither is more important than the other. However, as I mentioned previously, when the feminine is properly nourished, she is able to pour into and support the masculine.

This past year I have personally done a lot of inner work focused on deepening my connection with the divine feminine. So when Masculine came into play I literally froze. Masculine energy is about taking action. Doing the thing even when you’re afraid of doing it. As someone with severe anxiety of doing things unknown and without every single detail laid out in front of me, I was pretty much shitting myself…because not only was I being asked to start taking action…I was also pulling a lot of The Moon in my person spreads. For those of you who practice tarot you know exactly what I’m talking about.

The Moon represents things hidden. With the moon card you see a path from the sea through a valley. There’s dogs barking and the path is illuminated just enough for you to find your next step. Out of the sea is a lobster….the phrase fish out of water is usually what hits me most. Water represents emotions. The lobster is leaving this habitat that feels safe and is being asked to step onto land…something so out of its element. Now water represents emotion….land represents stability. The Moon card asks us to step out of our comfort zone and take action without all the information being given to us. Unlike the Sun card which illuminates the path completely. So the message is…take the next aligned action/step and trust your intuition.

The beauty in this is that there is no wrong step…you simply cannot make the wrong choice, because every choice you make takes you exactly where you’re going to be. It helps to understand that anything that’s meant for you cannot miss you or go to someone else, it’s just about the journey.
